Many players get pre-game dinner wrong.

It’s not just about smashing pasta, garlic bread and pizza.

That combo might leave you feeling bloated, heavy, and sluggish. Not primed to perform.

So, what’s missing? Eating enough of the right
If you’re lucky enough to have a sporting or athlete program at school or are apart of a sporting academy, fuelling post training can be hard.

Having to rush to another class, not having enough (or any) food on you or getting distracted and me
Delaying your post-workout nutrition intake may impact your performance the next day.

This is especially true if you’re training back-to-back or chasing performance goals 🥯

In the 24 hours leading up to your game, aim to:
